My printer works Great after putting in the RitoTech 1 Pack Compatible for Brother WT-220CL Waste Toner Box WT-223CL Waste Toner Box, it came with instructions on how to install it, and it was very easy install in my printer

Do not use in a Canon MF632Cdw
The amazon description states that it is for a " Color imageCLASS MF632Cdw". I ordered the 4 pack of toner cartridges. I prepared 1 cartridge and I noticed that the Rito PCB gold tabs were opposite of the genuine Canon cartridges and the PCB was of course a different size. I should have stopped at this point but I didn't. I put the cartridge in and the printer would not recognize that a new cartridge had been installed. The printer menu screen kept stating "prepare a cartridge". Meanwhile my PC was showing that the cartridge was replaced. No matter what I did at the printer level, the printer would not recognize the replacement cartridge. I now have a permanent error (E000-0000) which will not allow you to print, the status monitor still says cartridge is at end of life. The printer is now inoperable at this point and will need to be taken in for service. And yes, the printer has all of the latest drivers/firmware, updates, etc. and yes it has been powered down and restarted and all of the standard trouble shooting protocols have been followed. I tried RitoTech cartridges and I now have a printer that is damaged. Do not use these in your Canon product. I have always used genuine canon toner cartridges and this is the first time trying a generic product and it has failed.
