Does it automatically shut off when the batteries are charged** A: This is a fully Automatic 36V 18A Golf Cart Charger. This charger will turn ON and OFF as needed. This charger can be left plugged in at all times as it fully self reliant and will do what it needs to do when it needs to do it. This is the closest thing to an OEM Charger. **Q: I have an EZGO TXT 36V. Batteries are Continental 2GC-110. What mode do I set the charger on?** A: This charger is set on mode 2 from the factory. That is the setting you will need to leave it on with your Continental batteries. **Q: I plugged my unit in and it just stays on detection mode.
