When I found that they were only about £[] I decided to buy a couple for home. They are perfect for keep up your muscle tone between gym sessions (and great to get that extra pump before a night out). The 'extra strong' one is very very strong so unless you are a beef-cake go for the 'medium' or 'strong'. Well worth the money! EDIT: Unfortunately the extra strong one has broken after a few days. The band is too powerful for the hand grips and has split through the rubber. I'd just go for the strong one.

I first tried using these at our local gym. They are very well made and still work as new after months at our gym. When I found that they were only about £[] I decided to buy a couple for home. They are perfect for keep up your muscle tone between gym sessions (and great to get that extra pump before a night out). The 'extra strong' one is very very strong so unless you are a beef-cake go for the 'medium' or 'strong'. Well worth the money! EDIT: Unfortunately the extra strong one has broken after a few days. The band is too powerful for the hand grips and has split through the rubber. I'd just go for the strong one.
