Fitness Mad Safety Resistance Trainer, Resistance Band, Heavy Duty Exercise Tubes for Home Workouts, 4 Resistance Levels: Light to Extra Strong

I first tried using these at our local gym. They are very well made and still work as new after months at our gym. When I found that they were only about £[] I decided to buy a couple for home. They are perfect for keep up your muscle tone between gym sessions (and great to get that extra pump before a night out). The 'extra strong' one is very very strong so unless you are a beef-cake go for the 'medium' or 'strong'. Well worth the money! EDIT: Unfortunately the extra strong one has broken after a few days. The band is too powerful for the hand grips and has split through the rubber. I'd just go for the strong one.

Great bands for warmup as desired

Great quality. But had to return as I ordered the wrong strength. My mistake. Return was easy and I will reorder the correct one.

Was advised by physician to get one to exercise for back pain

terrific bit of kit,i have a black, a red, and two blue ones which i use in various combinations depending on the exersise i,m doing.the quality webbing safety cover is exellent. a quality product at a very good price. they take up no room,so i pack them in my suitcase and use them on holiday. the various strengths make them suitable for everyone, even old codgers like me.

Don't use it as much as I should

Great value for money. Love the material I’ve it stop from rubbing on skin. Haven’t used it much due to injuries. But would recommend
