I purchased this unit in march of 2018. I have used it for several cars sparsely over the last couple months.Now the tablet discharges when not in use and takes forever to charge.It seems that the battery is dead. I will attempt to contact the seller to see what we can do to resolve this issue.Update: Amazon was able to offer that I repair the item through manufacture or 3rd party or if that will not be available return. They got the Battery issue resolved. Thank you amazon. I love shopping here!!!

I have been making extra money off some local shops that are not able to do what this unit can, and they have New Snap-on scanners. Takes a little time learning how to navigate through everything but worth it.

Do not buy if you have a subaru, I have a 2007 impreza wrx and you cant do more than half of the functions/services for it. Will not brake bleed, key program my wrx... yes its updated. I call autel and customer service is crap, they literally just hang up, but i call the sales and they reply instantly. I have no respect for these kind of companies. If I would know what I know now I would just buy a obd2 reader...

this scan tool is affordable and easy to use and understand. The Bluetooth capability is great - just bought a used car and checked it out with the maxicom before and during the test drive.

Got this to program key fob for a 2015 Silverado,and it worked great. The learning curve is a little hard but it is a very good code reader.
