Recommend over all the rest
I've wanted a muscle stimulator more a long time, but the only ones previously available were very expensive medical versions with stick-on pads and wires. This one is wireless and can be adapted to work different muscle groups. One comment others have made is the waist belt is too small. The problem is solved by taking one of the arm bands and using it as an extender. Another comment is the arm bands are too hard to fasten with one hand. I fasten the arm band BEFORE I PUT IT ON. Some other tricks---only use one arm band at a time. At higher settings, you will get a muscle jerk every time the machine pulses---that makes the arm and hand unusable. Don't do two arms at the same time--leave one arm free to do other things. If you wear the belt backwards, it becomes a great back massager. The arm bands worn like a collar can also be used as a neck massager. Finally, the system is durable. It's wireless so it's easy to work with; and it is easy to clean. And did I say the price is below most brands? I wished the belt and arm bands were longer, but the work-around is easy.

Moore than meets the eye
Initially order the product way before Christmas, there was an issue with shipping, it got sent back to the warehouse etc, Amazon was quick to rectify it and sent a new unit to me.Since receiving the toner and the turn if the new year I've had it for approximately 20 days now and have felt like this purchase was worth it for the pricing if not more than that. I'm 5'5" and a little over 140lbs, I wouldn't say I'm fat but I'm pudgy and work out regularly, with this toner unit after workouts have become much more intense and I can see the difference in my abdominal.Belt itself is great, the 1 flaw is that the lead to the velcro is too long and for guys like me who aren't that fat the side panel that pulsate in the various modes don't fully get utilized. I would suggest manufacturer looks into creating smaller belts to offer to a wider range of users vs just having this '1 belt fits most'model. The modes are excellent they target your deep core and the setting strength allows for almost perfect control to the level of intensity. At first it's a rough go, you feel the discomfort but thats natural with anything you first start. But as you go along your body adapts to the levels of intensity and the workout and you'll start to feel the difference. This is not a workout replacement in no way shape or form this is something to supplement your already core work and the exercise routine you have. I wouldn't recommend using this belt multiple times in a day, you'll feel the effects on your muscles hours if not a day later and you'll wish you didn't go as hard. Ease into it by all means. I use it 2 times a day after each workout.100% would buy a replacement unit when mime has died or its time to get a replacement.

So far NOT so good!
I am only on day 2 of using this product but I am digging it thus far and would recommend. I am an active man in my late 30s with a dads lifestyle but no gym routine at all. I wont lie... i bought this product to compensate for my lack of exercise without any intention of changing my routines. I live very far away from anything and dont have time to work out. Having once been a gym rat, however, I can tell you that this thing makes you feel like you just did a good set of abs and/or biceps and triceps. My arms are as sore as they would be the next day and my abs already feel tight internally. The packaging was ominous as it came with NOTHING. No directions, no information at all, no pictures... just the 3 bands and control pucks in a clear plastic bag. You will want to reference this Amazon page for any guidance you would need to get started. I have found that mode 12 is my favorite for abs while 11 is good for arms because of fats twitch muscle manipulation. I like that I can just throw this thing on in the morning as soon as i get up and do everything i would normally do while feeling my muscles flexing away. It makes me feel good! Someone in the other reviews mentioned that this also helps with constipation which seems to be true so go ahead and wear it with your morning coffee! Though you can wear all 3 bands simultaneously i would not recommend it as I feel that it works better when your muscles are relaxed and then you lose control of your arms a bit as they tend to flop around during use so save the arm workouts for when you are watching TV or something. Ill post an update when I am totally ripped and equally lazy.EDITI guess its only been a month of using this product 4ishXs every day, and I have to admit that i was seeing results. I felt great, lost some weight, saw some tone, felt accomplished. I was experimenting in modes 5/6 as well as 10/11 and truly enjoying the burn until i noticed that it was ONLY HAPPENING ON ONE SIDE. This is the nightmare as no one really understands how these things work or why, but after flipping and spinning the belt/puck I can only come to the conclusion that the wiring that crosses over to the other half of the belt has broken? For the longest time i thought that the uncomfortable stinging sensation was from a lack of the water barrier you are supposed to apply, but then i realized that it was always the same side of the belt that caused it regardless of the amount of moisture. I DONT WANT ASYMETRIC ABS! Especially if it hurts to get them! I dont know how or why this could have happened. I took note of the caution that folding the belt inappropriately could cause damage to the gel pads, but I have only ever laid my belt out flat to dry after use. This is very concerning, and even more disappointing.

I Am Pretty Impressed. Some positive side effects too.
I was sceptical as most with what this was promising. I really wanted to just try it after seeing Military Grade ones on a show. What a rush!I am also one who experiments with different positions.Go slow in the beginning as once you unused muscles start fluttering, it can freak you out a bit.I love to work the elliptical machine, but I can't carve out a lot of time for weight lifting. I noticed in about a week I could feel the difference in my ab strength and flattening of my stomach. I don't have a six pack but I feel stronger and look better. I do upper abs and lower for the 20 minutes while I work or watch TV. One day I turned the ab belt to be centered on my side. Try and get side abs and decrease love handles. Found the best side effect what the I could feel the action around my kidneys and up my back. Felt great and really relieves my back pain. Tried once across my rear end. Problem is that I need assistance to set the levels as I can't see back there.Arms: Works great on the biceps. It can really firm them up. Again take it easy. Turn it up to high and it can hurt. Tried it on the triceps. Again this is location where you need a partner to set the levels. Your arms do funny movements when these muscles flex. You will not be able to type, so walk around or watch some TV. Funniest is when you put them on your forearms. Your fingers will do the craziest things. Got a bit of arthrites in one of my finger joints. The workout kind of bothers it but once complete, I have less pain and more flexibility in that joint for longer times. Forearms are the easiest to train and go from blaw to cut.Overall it surprising how well these work. Got my body in somewhat different shape but more important is that instead of being spent your muscles get some action, relaxes them, and a great way to spend the end of the evening.

Works well, however you need to get used to using an Muscle Stimulator
Bought this to tighten my abs beyond sit-ups.This works as expected. It causes you stomach muscles to tense up and relax with 5 modes and adjustable intensity. The modes change contractions patterns from short to long duration and work different muscle groups. There is a rechargeable battery in the controller that snaps onto the belt. It seems to last for about 5 20 minute sessions before it becomes weaker and needs to be recharged. Have not tried the arm stimulator, but I think it will work well also. One advantage of this vs some of the others is this doesn't use the stick on pads that need to be replaced after a few uses. Instead you mist the built in pads on the belt before putting it on. This eliminates having to constantly buy new pads.Overall I am happy with this and do see abdominal muscle improvement after using for a while.
