It's comfortable and being able to deflate the pillow for storage is great. Makes packing it for a trip super simple. I also like the peaks on the pillow for extra neck support. Recommended.

It worked fine.

It doesn't have the type of valve that you have to squeeze when inflating, then release to keep the air from escaping, so it's impossible to inflate this pillow fully because the air rushes out before you can close the big, bulky valve all the way. And even if you get it mostly inflated the shape isn't very comfortable for plane sleeping. Wish I hadn't missed the return window by a few days because of a long vacation.

The strap on the eye mask broke on second use. The neck pillow was easy to inflate and deflate. However, there was nothing to keep it in place and it would slide off my neck. Plus it was hot to have around my neck. Ended up just using it like a small pillow when I could

I'm a side sleeper and I developed an ulcer on my ear. This pillow is a game changer because I can center my head on it. Nice soft cover too.

One of the biggest complaints about this pillow is blowing it up. I noticed there are 2 caps to the valve. It blows up super fast with both off. But yes, air flows out quickly. (Which is nice when deflating;). I wondered why there were 2 caps, separated them and put in the first and wanted to see if it was a squeeze type valve. And it was! It was ”tight” though and took some attempts to figure out how to get out to work, but it did. Took more effort, but able to adjust the firmness, then. The extra support on the back/sides is comfy!!!

I was doing a lot of travelling this year and this was perfect. I love that it has the high neck so I am not all the way leaned back while sleeping. It is also so soft and cozy that I fall asleep right away. I love that it is inflatable so that it is easy to pack and then blow up when you want to use it. The ear plugs and eye mask were a nice treat too. I loved this set so much that I ordered one for my mom.

I like it because the price is good and it works for me.

Takes us very little space when deflated and keeps the air great when inflated, it’s a great design for good neck head support.

Inflation valve didn't "retract" and was in the way no matter which way the pillow was oriented.

Very comfortable and a bargain price.We will of course need to assess durability over time. But for now it looks like a good product for cost.
