very easy to use, great quality.
My biggest hearing problem is I don't understand what it's being said when there are other noises around. These hearing aids amplify so I can understand the talking, They connect to bluetooth easy. it's great being able to listen to bluetooth on phone and when you turn the music off it goes to the hearing aid to amplify surroundings. It has great sound blocking when using bluetooth, The case makes charing easy. You can carry the case in your purse. Battery life is good. The quality is good. Adjusting the volume is easy, and has outdoor and indoor mode. I would recommend.

Junk!!! Don't buy
These aren't even worth the plastic, the sound quality is horrible and they do not amplify anything in a useful way. They are an assault on the eardrums and you can't understand the sound that comes through them

First day impressions
Just got these today. Well. First of all, they do everything they're supposed to do. The easiest things to review is that they pair easily with a smartphone via Bluetooth. They do everything my regular earbuds do, and they do it well. Now, about the hearing aid function. Again, they do everything they're supposed to do. The volume cab be adjusted individually for each earbud, which is good since my hearing loss is mostly in my left ear. What I wasn't prepared for is the how every sound that comes through the microphones on the earbuds sounds mechanical, almost robot-like. I guess I was expecting my hearing to return to exactly as it was before. I can only assume that I'll get used to how everything sounds now. For example, the sound of the charger box clicking shut is now a louder, much more noticable POP! Background noises are also much more noticable. Since this is my first pair of hearing aids, maybe this is a common experience. To summarize, the hearing aids do everything they're supposed to do. If I notice anything different, I'll update this review. UPDATE 10/2/23 After two weeks, I'm ready to give an update. They do everything they're supposed to do. The only problem I still have is with the quality of sound reproduction. The quality of sound is at best tinny and mechanical. These are not good for listening to music. If people are talking to me while not facing me directly, I have to tell them to face me. Once again, maybe I'm expecting my hearing to return to a normalcy that's no longer possible. These are not top of the line hearing aids, nor are they advertised as such. Still, I feel that they're a good first foray into hearing devices, which is why I won't be returning them. As I said, they do everything they're supposed to.

Great product great price great service
Great product these were great good especially for the price they ship fast they arrived fast they work right out of the box I would charge them though just to make sure that your batteries are all the way up but mine arrived ready to go also if you're in need of a hearing device these are would be someone to look at first, the price point is amazing for what they are, and what they do. You should buy these and as far as the longevity goes I always get the protection plans when I purchase something digital because anything can happen with an electronic device at any time but these are steadily built they're nice they don't feel cheap they feel really nice and feel like a good product and usually you can tell the difference just by the weight alone if something's made out of quality material versus the other hand now that's not always true 100%, but in this case it is thanks for reading hope this helps your decision

No volume variation
The fit was nice, they came quickly, connected to the phone perfectly, but volume wouldn't change and so they were useless. Mom was very disappointed.

Shouldn’t be called hearing aides but hearing amplifiers ONLY!
I have tinnitus and I ordered these in hopes it would help. It did for the Bluetooth capable made it easier to hear phone conversations and it connected to my iPad. But as far as wearing them all the time, no. Besides the lights flashing on them while wearing and then they hurt my ears awhile. Plus, even after changing the rubbers out to a smaller size, it still didn’t help. Pressing the button turn them up or down is very upsetting too especially since you have to keep making it louder to get it to its lowest setting. When in a loud area it becomes painful. If I could start over with these I wouldn’t have ordered these in the first place. They sit in their charge case most of the time. I just turn up the volume on the tv to hear it or use the Closed Caption option instead.

Took me a couple of days to get used to them, so don't give up right away!
Look to be well made and, once I changed to a slightly larger earbud seal, fits well and are comfortable. They connect to Bluetooth quickly and without fuss. Phone calls work well with Bluetooth also. It did take me a couple of days to get used to them, but that's on me!

Poor quality control
Disgusting revelation when I opened the case and discovered my supposedly new product was coated in ear wax from a prior owner. Completely unacceptable, hygienicaly repulsive, and terrible business practice. Not to mention that once I cleaned them and tried to use them it was like listening to a cheap AM radio. Going back, buyers beware!
