It’s definitely got some mass to it.-Retractable ear bud system works great. (Probably the most appealing feature)-Folds up to pocket size-Easy to use and works as expected (The AI voice is a little silly but she grows on you)The Bad:-The ear bud wires are about half an inch too short and are of a pretty small gauge. I assume this is because of the retraction systems wire capacity limitations.-The range is not great. Maybe 20 feet if you’re holding a clothes hanger upside down. Definitely not apt-x-The neck band is way too big. Fortunately the band can be partially disassembled, heated and reformed to any size.-Kinda bulky. This thing is definitely full of batteries.Overall I’m satisfied with this product for the price. The flaws can be overlooked because of the many very useful features.Id recommend it to someone looking for:-Huge Battery life-Cool and useful features-Ultra portable design-Par Bluetooth range and sound qualityThanks for reading. No one ever knew when I was in a car talking on my headset, the noise cancelling was great. The LGs were about $65 when I bought them. The biggest downside was the external wires and the weak earpod magnets to keep them in place. I dealt with this inconvenience for 3 years before the wires started breaking on the earpods and the neck piece too. Time for new ones.Maybe technology has caught up to the lower cost units?? So I bought this pair because 1, the picture made them look more rugged and they are, they are sturdy. 2, Battery life was touted to be 30 hours and it probably is. I didn't use them for 30 hours as they did not function well enough for phone calls, but the battery life does appear to be excellent. 3, They were supposed to have good audio quality and for listening to music or audiobooks the quality of the sound is very good and not a deal breaker for me. 4, they were suppose to have 6G Noise Reduction whatever that is. This is the function that was a deal-breaker for me. Noise reduction on phone calls was very important to me as that is how I probably use the headset the most is for phone calls. Call quality of the person you are calling is very poor. They can't hear you clearly and say you sound like you are in a fish bowl. I returned these for this reason. I don't know if another pair of this brand would be any better so I ordered a different pair, review to follow. IF you don't intend to use these much for phone calls then you might find these to fit your needs for a reasonable price. The listening sound quality for music and podcasts etc. is very good. They pair very easily and quickly. They fold to make them fit in a smaller pocket or whatever. They did tend to rotate around my neck despite the rubbery coating on the neckband area, I think this is due to their rigid flat form factor. There was sufficient volume used with an iPhone 7+. If the positives of this unit fit you needs, you'll probably enjoy these. ### ⭐⭐⭐ ... time and the sound quality for my music was better than expected *by S***1 on Reviewed in the United States on February 6, 2018* Used these for the first time and the sound quality for my music was better than expected. . However when I tried to make a phone call I had to speak into the microphone of my cell phone as the headset wasn't transmitting my voice. Might be user error on my part as I've only had it for one night and I'll update if things change. They lasted my full 10 hour shift without being turned off or dying on me.Had these for a few weeks now and the sound drops out if the left side of the set is nudged. Have to squeeze the arm to get the sound to return. The pair I've received appear defective.
