Much more effective than I expected- I have a down filled sofa that is a little too squishy for the comfort of my aging back. I am pleased with the extra depth for a deeper seated couch and the fact that I can fold up one end and tuck it between the seat cushion and side to make a better fit for my seat width. I wish they made an even longer one for a big sofa but using two will have to do.

I ordered two for our sectional. They are very sturdy and definitely feels solid. Helped our sagging cushions a enough for now. I would love if there was a deeper option as our couch is pretty deep.
