Will this fit an 8" wrist?

Dear Nathan-san, Good afternoon from Japan. This is Atsukiya and thank you for your question about "Casio LCW-M170TD-2AJF". We checked with Casio support team for your question. They said the band is very big enough to fit 8 inches wrist and due to the fact that there should be some space between band and your wrist (about half inches), they do not recommend that current band length is not for you. They also said if you still like the watch, you can ask the selling shop to adding band pieces to make it fit to your wrist. However it is not covered in waranty and also extra charges. And honestly speaking, out shop is unable to customize the band length for you, we are not eligible to fulfill your demand. Hope some other sellers maybe able to help you to come up with solution. Is the dial blue or black?

Around the bezel (where the hour numbers and the hour markers appear) it's a very dark blue.... almost black. The dial itself appears to be black, but can vary a bit depending on the angle of the light. It's a very attractive combination.
