My size 9 wellies fit easily and the double zip at the front means you can leave wellies in the bag to air with the front open if they're wet. Velcro fastening at the bottom of the front flap means it can be fully secured when necessary. The bag seems to be made of robust material and the fold down base inside allows the bag to fold flat if you're transporting or storing it without boots in it. There's a net compartment on the back for sweaty socks etc. if you need it.
