These gel pens are perfect for journaling in my journals and my Hobonichi planner. The colors are soft and pleasant, not overly bold like many other pens. They dry quickly and don’t smear, which makes them ideal for adding notes even in the margins of my Bible. I’m very happy with these pens and highly recommend them for anyone who journals or likes neat, vibrant writing.

I just got these today, tried them out and i already love them. The colors are marvelous, and indeed they don't bleed through paper. I hope to use them in my journaling Bible. I hope they continue to be as good as I think they are going to be. I am pen-aholic and love finding new pens that work well. These are smooth writing, nicely weighted in my hand and just so pretty.

I'm in law school and cannot learn from typing notes. I am a religious note taker, but also am HIGHLY specific about my note-taking materials. I had gone through two boxes of these pens (more aptly, three colors in particular). I bought another box, and two days into use and while in class one went kaputt. I am actually so weird about my note-taking that I simply could not use a different color pen for that day's notes; it would drive me insane. Again, I am broke law student, but I am SO weird about it all that I ordered a whole new set and typed my notes elsewhere for me to write into my notebook when I got the new pens (again, I ordered a whole new set for ONE color). While waiting, I tried the pen again, and it worked for a few minutes. I held out hope it would work. It did not. New package came, and had the SAME THING HAPPEN. I should also mention the same thing happened with another color (only a few days of use, stops working, kinda works, then no good at all). Law school is... a lot... and the amount you cover in one day is A LOT. I honestly got so far behind that I just ended up typing my notes in anticipation of getting the pens and then two unpleasant surprises that it became too much to transfer them to writing again. I have learning impairments that make my color coordination and whole system so so so important to me, this was actualyl a super huge bummer and really frustrating. The first set lasted an entire semester, the second 3/4 of a semester. The next two were trash. I love the colors, they were so smooth to use, I was SUCH a huge fan. I am so sad to need to find a replacement brand/set :(

These pens write so nicely! For reference, I am a total pen snob. These are the Cadillac of pens. If it was a shopping cart, it would be like a Target cart instead of Walmart's. They are enjoyable and the colors are pretty. They don't skip and flow nicely on paper. They are also comfortable to hold. The rubber grip is nice and not too squishy. The colors are nice, the lightest colors are a little too tan for my liking. However, that's just my personal preference. They came as pictured. I will definitely order these again in a variety of colors. Hopefully, they also come in all black. Note: I am a lefty. They do smear every once and a while but it is barely noticeable and my pinky isn't covered with ink. If they were "no smear" that would be even better.

Not sure if they came dry or empty, but with in a few uses these pens ceased to flow. When I was using them, they looked great on thin Bible pages and did not show through. I reached out to the company with no reply. Now they are not even available. They were a waste of money.

I rarely write reviews but... I'm hoping that if I write this review maybe I can help the cause of keeping the BEST Bible marking pens I've ever found in business! Couple these with the Mr. Pen Bible gel highlighters in the vintage earthy tines and you have a winning combo! I'm going to be adding the pastel colors to my collection. I look forward to my quiet time with Jesus every morning and these pens just add to that! They're super smooth, glide over the pages of my Bible easily, the colors are muted but highly pigmented and they just make me happy. 😊 I've tried several other brands and these are by far my favorite! I hope they don't stop making them and also add more fun colors!

The gel pens write smoothly with good color. i would purchase them again or if other color sets were offered.

I was delighted to find these pens, which look great in my planner and journals and there's no bleed-through - just a very slight shadow on my Leuchtturm1917 planner (for reference).

I absolutely love these pens, the colours are 10/10 and the are very buttery and fluid to write with. My only complaint is that they do not last long. I've been using the pens for journaling in one specific journal - I counted the pages and one pen has lasted roughly about 20 pages in an A5 sized notebook with plenty of spacing in the writing so, not 20 "full" pages. I've used other pens in the past that have last much longer than these. I would consider buying these pens again if the price were lower, as I know the pens won't last as long. I paid $15.99 (with taxes it was almost $18) and I think that is a lot for pens with a short life span.

I love these colours and tones. Im an earth mama so i was drawn to them. The flow of the ink out of the pen isn't awesome. While writing the ink will just stop or be inconsitant.
