Surprisingly doesn’t get stuck in my throat and definitely doesn’t make me feel sick after taking. Great source of necessary nutrients without any added junk. You can smell the ingredients through the capsules but it’s not overbearing.

Good quality but horrible smell and taste!
These are great supplements and they have so many different vitamins & minerals that other brands don’t include. They also didn’t give me the gross burp afterwards. However, actually taking them is kind of a nightmare, especially in the first trimester because they smell and taste absolutely putrid! As soon as I opened up the packaging, it literally punched me in the face and almost made me throw up.
