I got this after I had got thier chainsaw, it is just as good! this has worked fine and i have even hooked up to the house and ran 4 freezers 2 fridge and lights in the house with no issue at all, in fact as I write this I am on the genny right now it is running all my UPS , routers and my pc with zero issue!!! I dont even hear it run as it is out side the garage door. It usually starts with one or 2 pulls. I like the fact I can turn the fuel/on off knob almost to off and let it run the float out. I never store these with fuel in the float but this way it runs it out and i dont need to take the side off to drain it. The only thing i would add is a cut off switch and not have it on the kob, I would make the fue tank larger for longer run time. but, I have put a T in the line and a valve and ran a line out to a larger tank to get longer run times. no big deal and easy to do if need to. it is light enough to handle it my self unlike HF and others out there that are 100 pounds for a 3500W. This one is 3800 surge and holds steady and light enought to move it as need be. It even came with a rain cover but dont run it with cover on , it needs to be able to have air to cool. I did leave it in the rain while running and had zero issues, IT IS A GOOD ONE! hope this helps.

Excellent quality generator. Very quiet it ran my 13,500 BTU air conditioner and only was registered in 25% load. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Light weight, quiet and had enough power to run an air conditioner on my Travel trailer

Just did a oil change and filter cleaning. I do that every 50 hours. Im at 380 hours now! I went 30 over . This generator has done great! I use it on my colman 17b camper every friday during the summer . It runs all night keeping our heater running. Its also powerfull enough to run my ac heater and microwave all at the same time! Big power in a small quiet package. I reccomend this to people all the time . I have the older 3800i btw

Started right up first pull and continues to perform as claimed. Very quite and stable. So much better than the old style open gens that would blast your ear drums to mars.

Ran good for about 10 hours. Then the idel circuit started doing peaks and vallies. It finally just ideled down and stopped and now it wont even start at all. 1 star for its good looks. Its China junk. Save your money for something worth while.

Shipping was reasonable, arrived in good condition, added oil and gas, (shipped with no oil in it, or any that came with it). Seems well built for the price. Manual states nothing concerning any break in procedures. Went to start first time and not even a pop after several attempts to start following start up procedures per the manual. Luckily I have a mechanical background, validated fuel flow ok, pulled spark plug to validate spark and had none. Removed both sides to look for anything obvious and found a connector opened (see pix) following the wire it certainly looked as it was ignition related, although not the easiest location I was able to reconnect and lock the connector. After reassembling covers unit started first pull and ran fine. Question is how did this pass a QC prior to shipping. During my first hour of my own break in run at 25% load i noticed the Voltage, Frequency and time display not working, but the fuel and power displays were working. Day two setup for the 50% one hour run changed the oil, thinking I may have missed an additional loose connector I removed the front controller cover to have a additional look, found nothing obvious but did reseat the connector behind the controller, no fuses i could find to check. Unit started first pull and ran effortlessly under 50% load and the LEDS for Voltage, Frequency and time display were working fine now.?? Decided to go for another oil change and shoot for a 3000 watt run for one hour for final break in. Unit ran perfect with no issues running a 11000 btu ac unit and a 1500 watt heater, meter showing a 75% load. Over all I like the unit, does what I need it to do, I like that its fairly quiet and lightweight, I was just not expecting the hoops with a new unit therefore the 4 stars

Started on the first pull and ran at a variety of loads perfectly for a couple of hours. Very nice looking generator. The low idle is different than other inverter generators I have. Off means a slightly higher idle but not full speed. When low idle is off it speeds it up just enough that high starting watt items don't kill it. It also came with an extra magnetic dipstick. It already had one in it. The on/off switch works as a fuel shutoff if turned about 1/8th of an inch from off. Runs the carb out of gas and dies. The lack of a fuel shutoff almost kept me from purchasing it but it has one albeit unintentionally. A 3000-watt load showed 75% on the gauge and it did not drop from 120 volts even momentarily with that load. It is 60 HZ. Exactly 50 lbs out of the box. It is 64 db with no load and 74 db with a 3000-watt load at 25 feet although it doesn't sound that loud. It has a different sound than my 2350 generator and doesn't sound any louder even though the DB meter says it is 12 DB louder. Nicer sound? I don't know it seems quieter even though the meter says it isn't.

Bought some 10/30 oil and filled the crankcase, added gas and it started on the first pull👍. It also comes with a magnetic oil plug to catch metal flacks when being broke in. Works great power my entire RV including A/C. Happy with purchase very quiet at idle and when under load.

Bought 2 and here are what I think: Pros: - Arrived earlier than expected and well packaged. - Relatively quiet, bassy sound and not too harsh on the ears pitch wise. - Weight is much lighter compared to other generators with similar wattage output. I would say it is only slightly heavier than a Honda EU2000i. Amazing considering it has double the running watts than the Honda! - Instructions manual is fairly well written and illustrated, full color which is nice. - Lots of accessories, each unit came with: storage cover, sparkplug and 2-ended screwdriver tools, twist-on oil funnel, extra metal magnetic dipstick (the one came on the generator is plastic, but had magnet on it as well), dual USB-A 12v adapter, and a RV adapter. - Updated side panels with 3 screws on each side holding them on. Videos on internet where people reviewed it before all had 1 screw on each side panel. This sometimes caused side panel to come loose when pulling the starting cord. Glad Proyama had it fixed so quickly! - Used oil was pretty clean after initial 1 hour break in at 25%-50% load, tiniest amount of metal dust on magnetic dipstick, shows it is a well manufactured engine. - Ran for 5 hours on each unit so far at between 50%-75% load ( probably on the higher end) with zero issues. Cons: - Did not come with a bottle of engine oil to get started. - Fuel tank could be bigger, lasted 4 hours at between 50%-75% load (probably closer to the higher end). Some clarification before you think you received a used unit, when the digital display shows "60.0H", it means the electrical frequency is 60hz. Not a used unit with 60 hours on the clock... the run time is shown as "xxx.x" format. All things considered, I am optimistic this generator will perform well, however only time will tell. Given the price it is offered at, it has exceeded my expectations in every way. If any unexpected issues arise, I will update the review. If no update just means they are still going strong!

So far so good! I broke it in about 10 hours then changed the oil. I used the metal/magnetic dipstick and didn't see too much filings but it did wipe off black. It does not run as long as advertised (only about 4-5 hours on low idle) but it ran without issues. It is quiet as heck, only 2 feet right behind my bus. I was not worried about bothering anyone in Walmart parking lot. I have since made a box for it so it's even quieter. It's also super light even full of gas. I'm a woman in my mid fifties and can lift it in and out of bus with zero issues. Great cheap little genny!!

I highly recommend this generator. It reliably powered my two refrigerators, several lights, and a television for several weeks during a power outage, without any issues.

Purchased this item Aug 18. Not even a month of owning this and its broken. The pull string to start the generator just broke out of the blue. You can't return the product . This is crazy its not cheap either. I have used my machine properly. What do I do with this when I can't start it. I feel like I wasted my money!!
