I decided to browse Amazon for alternatives. After considering the various options, I settled on AoHeng's passive 3D glasses, though I was still uncertain what to expect. As it turned out, they performed spectacularly. The lenses work just as well as, if not better than, what you'll get with the glasses the theater hands out, and the 3D effects on display were just as vivid. The frames are sized and shaped to fit perfectly and comfortably around my regular glasses, which made the experience so much better than the previous one. Now that I have these, 3D will be a significantly more attractive option.
