Q: Are these safe and healthy? I know these are OEKO approved... but would it be better to get sheets that aren't rayon?

The sheets are quite nice, but I have skin issues and need bamboo, not rayon from bamboo. They fit nicely and looked great, but I can't use them simply because of my particular situation.
