the best I ever have, Straining, Mesh works great, just what I was looking for

Excellent skimmer. Oil gets through it pretty fast, so you only get the breading and stuff you want to get out of your cooking oil. I haven't used it to get oil from top of soups/stews, so I don't know how it works for that, seeing as the oil gets through. I do love it, though.

Thi is a high quality product. Performs exactly as it’s intended. Skimmed oil off the top of soup and stew perfectly. Excellent product for the kitchen.
