doesnt work all the time
It works when it wants too... but not all the time, ive had it installed for about 2 weeks now, and ive put a bucket under it and emptied it once a week, but when i flick the trigger inside, it turns on, and there doesnt appear to be water in the tray, so it must only be working half the time.

Not a long lasting pump, as advertised.
I had this make and model fitted when I had a new boiler 7 years ago. For the last year, it has been intermittent. The pump will kick in, but several times in any day, it will fail to cut out but not pump the water out. I suspected air locks so I stripped and cleaned the whole tank and water ways, tested the switches, checked the free movement on the impeller and reassembled it. No joy...I'm looking for a different make/model. Perhaps a Aspen at a similar price.
