Within minutes of applying your muscles and joints feel better. It does it without a smell or the burning from some creams. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 stars is the packaging. Upon receiving my order one tube had come apart where the tube seals at the bottom and gel was all over. After opening a second tube, on the second time I went to use it and squeezed the tube, the bottom seal broke on it and gel came squirting out the top. This gel only requires you to use a small amount so we keep wasting it.
