After a month, I can’t see an improvement. I did have trouble swallowing these very large tablets.This is a revision of my review. I had stopped taking these tabs, noticed a difference and started them again. Apparently the positive effects were subtle, but noticeable when stopped. Even thought they are large, I’ve since cut them in half, they do work.

I am not sure yet after taking one bottle. Sometimes memory seems better, but not consistent. I just ordered a second bottle to give it chance to get into my system. If I see no improvement after this bottle, I will try something else.

I hope Garden of life keep this product, because is THE ONLY works on us (my husband and I) we tried other products including the new of Garden of life but no no, no work for us. This is the gold my people. 💪🏽👌🏼

I've been using the product for almost 3 weeks and my focus and energy to be reading my books and my studying sessions in the computer are great!! It really works as the description. Actually, I asked to a neurology specialist about this kind of products, and he gave me green light to take it.However, the recommended dose shows 2 capsules daily, but in my case, I'm taking only 1 tablet a day in the mornings around 9am, otherwise at night around 1030pm I was not ready to sleep because I was with energy and made me to stay awake until almost 12am. So, for me 1 cap a day to be focus and concentrated are great!!Besides the memory/focus tablets works great the brand made awesome quality products, for example you may try the Probiotics on the100 billion version.

I had high hopes for this supplement. Unfortunately, It didn’t improve my memory or cognitive functioning after 30 days. I chose not to purchase another bottle, feeling it would not be a wise economical decision. I’ve been taking about 50 supplements a day - all recommended by my Functional Integrative MD. A month is too long to wait to feel better! My son found a supplement that was helping him and gave me a bottle. I noticed the difference in 3-4 days!!

I can't say whether or not this supplement does what it says because I didn't take it long enough. The pills are very big and it was very difficult for me to swallow them especially because you are supposed to take two ! I was very interested in taking this supplement since Dr Perlmutter created it. Unfortunately, it is not for me. I did try to return the bottle but this item is non-refundable. If you can't swallow large hard pills I would not recommend this purchase.
