Great product.
Excellent price for a great kitchen hood vent. The product arrived timely and was well packaged with no dent or scratches. The hood vent was easy to install with all parts required for a quick and easy install. Nice color stainless that isn't too dark, easy to clean. Makes the kitchen high end.

Kitchen Hood works great!
This hood was easy to install and looks great. The light is bright and lights up the whole kitchen at night with the other lights off. The fan has three speeds, they are kind of loud, but it was expected. Very happy with it.

Good Value and Works Well
The Sndoas range hood looks great and was fairly easy to install. So far it works great and would recommend to anyone looking for this style range hood. The only issues I had were the inadequate installation instructions and the mounting hardware itself. Please note this would be a much easier project with two people. The instructions are decipherable but could have been more exact explaining the steps. I managed to figure it out as I went along but could have been more detailed. The mounting screws, in particular the cheap expanding plastic anchors, look insufficient for a unit 30" wide x 18" deep weighing I'd guess 10 pounds or more. I substituted heavier duty mounting screws and anchors that won't come loose from the vibrations of a fan. And the screws used to mount the upper chimney to it's tiny upper bracket are approx 1/8" diameter by only 1/4 long. Working one inch from the ceiling with those tiny little screws is not meant for someone with large fingers and hands. Those took longer to install than the entire unit! Overall I'd still highly recommend the unit itself given the price, it's appearance and the quick delivery!

Looks impressive for a fraction of the price in the shops
Has the look makes a kitchen look great, easy to assemble and template makes it an easy DIY job.

Extremely slow shipping
Very slow shipping time. Will not buy from this seller again. Instructions are an absolute joke, luckily it's not difficult to figure out. Still wouldn't buy from this seller.

Solid and sleek
Great customer service. The first one arrived with a broken fan. The return slip was sent immediately and the refund was issued as soon as the shipping label was scanned. The product itself seems good. Easy install (comes with a template for the hangers and brackets. Suction is good so far. Using the ductless option with carbon filters (sold separately), and haven't really tested that to the limit yet, but I am hopeful that at least it does dissipate cooking fumes if I am searing a steak or something.
