Easy solution and comfortable
I actually used these on flat shoes that just didn't stay on my feet right. Tested them out on a dance night. Still in place. The arched cushion felt very comfortable. Definitely appreciated these . Just put them in the shoe first to see where cushion will feel most comfortable.. peel off the adhesive, and place - easy!

Pressure point relief
As the picture shows these are narrow and shorter than other shoe inserts, so they should accommodate most dainty and pointy-toed shoes. I wear a size 9, and they still added a nice cushion to my most uncomfortable shoes.

They were okay . .
I ordered these for my open towed heels, they don’t stick very well so I wouldn’t recommend them for opened toe heels. They may work better for closed shoes but they were a nice material.

Wow! I can’t come up with enough words for how much I love these! I can wear my favorite heels again in comfort! Love it!

They were too small for my shoes
I think they need to edit the fitting description because they definitely run small. I’m size 8.5 in heels and these look like could fit sizes 7 and below.They are gel so they feel comfortable but sadly didn’t work for me.
