Use it as a second monitor for my mini-PC to monitor my security camera ordered in Oct 2021 and here we are in June 2025 almost 3 years. Unit is always on 24/7/365 and has never given me any trouble. No burn in (I just checked writting this) even though there is a static inage with the camera name/date/time in the upper left corner of the display. Bought a mounting arm for it, the one it came with didn't fit my use case, I threw that stand away las week. Good display for monitoring my security camera.

So far so good. The only issue is the flimsy mount it comes with. The remote really doesn't work and yes I have changed the battery. I have to be 6" from the screen for it to work. I might as well press the power button. Other than that is works.

The monitor/TV, has a good picture, however, when I received the product, I didn't receive the metal bracket that is required to hold the TV, so I had to come up with another way to use it, which was velcro. Sheesh! Anyway, at least I can use it still, so I'm happy with the purchase. I'm sure you would enjoy it too. Hope this helps in making your choice

Had a problem with a remote control, for a monitor. Emma sent a new one to me. Great customer service.

Unit arrived Defective. All parts were in the box. Unit had a red power light but would not turn on with the power button. Requested exchange. Return of defective item is not free, with only $4.00 refund of postage stated in instructions.
