MKM knows what they are doing! The design of the roller is great, with the ends being tapered just enough to stop making an imprint on the clay so it's easy to use the roller over a larger piece of clay. Several of the rollers I have bought, although cheaper, don't have tapered ends and leave unwanted imprints.Totally worth the money.

I'm exploring mixed media and this little roller is a perfect size for the 4x4 canvas I ordered. It works well with polymer clay but takes a little practice to get a good consistent roll, especially if your clay is rolled too thin or is too warm from overhandling, which I tend to do.

The product is well made and food safe. Customer service is quick to response. I reached out to the manufacturer to make sure their product is food safe since I was planning to use it to roll on fondant for cookie decorating. They replied within the hour and assured me all their rolling pins are food safe. The rolling pins are small but it’s wood and well made. I plan to add more of these rolling pins to my collection. So in love with how it’s upped my cookie game!
