The puzzle itself is great. Very high quality pieces made of thick card, the downside of which is the pieces can be difficult to get apart if you make a mistake. Also dismantling the puzzle is difficult, it really doesn’t want to come apart. If you plan to mount this in a frame and stick it on a wall you wont have any trouble with pieces falling apart during the framing process. I found this puzzle to be easy to make as there are a lot of signs and the pieces were easy to find. The flags take up a lot of real estate and there were easy to find and construct as well. The big issue then is a missing piece. I bought 4 puzzles from Amazon last week so far, 2 have had a missing piece. I let the first one go, but this one I am returning for a replacement. Amazon’s automated return process directed me to Schmidt’s UK website, the phone number on which is out of service and the email address goes to Unilever, who politely told me they were not interested. So, to sum up. A fantastic puzzle with a missing piece and no after sales support from Schmidt that I could find. But Amazon’s support, is , as always, first class and they are sending a replacement.

Missing last piece and have some duplicate ones. Such a shame as it's a perfect picture.
