Creative Co-Op Resin Sheep Planter with Distressed Iron Finish

I planted an interesting succulent in it. It’s very eye catching, has a drainage hole.. I have wanted it for a long time. So pleased with my purchase

I saw this in a local home design store and was happy to find it on Amazon for considerably less money. Held three cyclamen plants just fine, made a fun centerpiece. Seems durable, I like the fact that it has a removable drain plug, and of course it’s ridiculous and entertaining. The only downside I see is that the sheep legs, and of course there are many of them, are varying lengths, so I did have to put little felt pads on the ones at the end so that it would be stable. It was an easy fix so a very minor complaint.

I was so excited to get this planter, I already had its plants picked out! As soon as it was delivered I freed it from it’s box and immediately put the plants in. It wasn’t until I lifted it to set it in my window that I realized.... one of my dear lambs is missing a limb! I checked the box to see if maybe it had fallen off en route, because I’m not above glueing on a miscellaneous leg, but alas it’s not in the box, and it looks like it was painted over so it seems to be a defect from the get go. It probably wouldn’t be as noticeable if it wasn’t a lamb on the end, but of course it had to be literally the last leg to stand on. I’ve already done my planting, and the thought of ripping the plants out and waiting for a new one is daunting, so I won’t be exchanging it. Now it may possibly become even more of a conversation piece, but I gave it 3 stars because my poor lamb only has 3 legs. Otherwise it’s an adorable and charming planter.

I was looking for something to place some succulents in my window--came across this at Anthropolgie but the price tag was higher. Of course Amazon had the same thing but for a bit cheaper. The quality isnt the greatest, it feels like hard plastic so dont expect some heavy well built planter. BUT this planter is totally worth the price because its soooo cute. it has a whole you can plug or unplug for drainage. i left mine plugged so i didnt have to have a pot underneath. i spray painted mine white which i think makes it even cuter. i only have one plant it it now, so it looks bare as the other starter shoots grow. i sort of want to buy another one for the other window sill. its so charming!

This planter is adorable! It was packaged well (form-fitted styrofoam side guides that held it snuggly inside its box from the manufacturer and then inside an Amazon box with air packs to keep it from shifting). It's sturdy and light weight but the finish looks like cast iron. You will not regret this purchase!

I really wanted the white sheep planter but it was priced at 50 something dollars while the black sheep planter was only about $32. Don't know why there was a discrepancy but there was. I have since seen them at another place for sale & wish I had gotten the white one there because they were priced at like $34 for whichever one you chose.

Such a great planter! It really looks like cast iron, but is a light weight resin. I am always shocked how light weight it is. And the sheep are so cute! So much personality in each one!

Closely resembles metal despite having the lightness and durability of resin.

Unique, got many compliments. Has a nice drain in bottom. Looks cast iron and very vintage. Great detail.
