Very Good!
Honey is not too sweet and I love the raw texture.

I don't like it super runny
I've never known honey to separate, but the two I bought had, one more than the other. And every time I buy it, it is more solid that pourable. I don't like it super runny, but I don't know that I care for solid honey, either. The taste is awesome, though.
