Great fit and easy to use
Bought two of these for my daughter who has ankle injuries from dance, they worked perfect. She puts them on every night after dance for 15 minutes, they fit snug and retain the coolness for the whole time. These are so easy to use and simply velcro around her whole ankle.

Quality, easy, and helpful!
Such a quality and super useful product for ankle injuries. And the inside lining is so nice and soft against skin vs a cold plastic bag! Makes icing injuries much more pleasant very easy and less wasteful!

Not bad
Used this on my ankle, post PT sessions, to help with swelling. The product works ok enough I suppose but in my opinion doesn't stay cold long enough. Icing an ankle should be 15-20 min but I found it really only stayed nice and cold for 10 minutes.

Probably the only ice pack you need
I love this ice pack. It has been a godsend for a more comfortable recovery. It is flexible and the shape of it is perfect for wrapping the foot properly. I love that it has a soft side to start directly against the skin comfortably and you can flip it if you want longer cold exposure. I've had it for several months and it has lasted well. Used it for different types of foot injuries. Ive kept it in a grocery bag in the freezer to keep it clean. Grateful for this every time I need an ice pack.

Magical!
I bought this a couple of days after falling and badly spraining my ankle. It is wonderful! The soft fuzzy side protects my skin from getting too cold, and works well enough in that regard that I don't have to wear a sock. The pack is squishy even when frozen, making it easy to mold around my foot, and the strap both keeps it in place and keeps pressure on the swelling. The size and shape also worked well on my knee (I caught myself on my knee and banged it up, too). It might be marketed as an ankle wrap, but it's not a one-job item. I'm pretty sure it'd work well on elbows, shoulders, and necks, too. It's small enough that I might even throw it in my suitcase the next time I go on vacation just in case I need it.

Dont stay cold -15 to 20 mins MAX
The reason for the three star is the ergonomics of this does not fit all feet. I struggled to find different ways to wrap this around my ankle and around my foot. The second problem is that it doesn’t stay cold very long at all 15 minutes possibly 20 minutes max, with a cold this will dissipate very quickly, so it starts off cold and starts to lesson until you don’t have any cold at all. There are two sides, the cold side, which is the non-soft side. In this instance I purchased it for the soft side, so would be gentle for my fractured ankle however, it does not give enough cold output. So I had to use the other side, so what’s the point?I might as well have just gotten normal ice pack that wrapped around the foot, In which that’s what I did and it worked wonders they stay cold for a very long time and I got it right at Walmart in the foot icepack sprains etc. Maybe this is for you if you’re not needing To ice longer than 15 minutes, but in extreme pain this isn’t going to work.

The fit makes all the difference
Waiting on it because I see my doc soon, but pretty sure I've got a stronger flare up of extensor tendonitis. Usually compression has not been good, but also I found that using a mini cold pack felt like it made it worse, and I think it was because it wasn't really suited to the shape of the foot and ankle, as opposed to this thing, which feels 1) amazing, 2) like it is making broad and uniform contact with the whole area, and 3) like it is neither too much or too little pressure, since it's very adjustable.Because they're reversible and I got a pack of two, I've been getting just the amount and level of cold I need. Wrapping it around is pretty intuitive, but what's nice is that the velcro on the end can be folded over to shorten it by a couple inches, without it losing strength or starting to pull apart, so it stays steady and retains a good fit. Having the same level of contact and pressure across the area is helpful. Despite that it leaves indentations on my skin, the uniformity makes it more comfortable and -actually- helpful for the area, when trying to do something similar before was making it worse instead. So this is a great change.Especially if you want something to go near or on a joint, it's worth getting for the difference in trying to wrestle or deal with something that isn't designed for, well, bendy parts of your body. I've also had some other, larger and very flexible ice packs, but they ended up being too heavy, and this hasn't, so I would rec this over, well, something big and squarish or rectangular, because weight does matter.

Great fit, but cold doesn't last
I sprained my ankle and finally got around to buying some different ice packs, after making do with frozen peas and inflexible cooler packs for a while.I like the shape of this one, and the size. It fits around my ankle in different positions, which is nice. The strap seems good, and the fastener holds fine. The soft side is great, so I don't have to use a towel between my skin and the cold pack. The only gripe I have is that it doesn't hold that cold temperature for very long. I have some gel cold packs that will still be cold to the touch nearly an hour after taking them out of the freezer. But this one seems to absorb heat quickly, and it has exhausted its cooling powers within 10 mins or so. Which is often fine, as I don't want to leave it on for hours at a time. But it just always surprises me with how quickly it thaws and then needs another timeout in the freezer. Still, I dig the design enough to give it a generally positive rating overall.
