Sadly. :( The only tool we have at our disposal are these miracle pills. Take one before having dairy and your stomach can live to digest another day - avoiding that debilitating stomach discomfort or worse needing to take the unexpected shmower! However as we all know. The big box stores have drastically increased their prices. So I turned to Amazon. Ive tried multiple brands on Amazon to help with those digestion issues. And yes, many do work as advertised for the said digestion relief. However a lot of them are barely a better value than the store brand. in comes Carlyle to save my wallet and my bowels! The Carlyle pills are small, easy to use and have enough strength to protect me from what would be painful digestion issues. The 180 pill container easily lasts me over a month closer to two. I only need one for a small amount of dairy but for a large portion two always does the trick. The only downside I can list is that they don't great. Not bad, just not great. More of a neutral chalky taste. But youd be hard pressed to taste anything if you take it with the food. Not enough to reduce a star for but I do hope they come out with flavored ones eventually. All in all these Carlyle brand lactose pills are a great value and ensure pain free dairy digestion. Give them a try or just subscribe to them like I do!

These work well for me! I can take less than I have to with Lactaid or the Walmart brand.

Helps with digestion of milk products when I have cold cereal or ice cream.

This product from Carlyle has never failed me. They are round tablets instead of oblong caplets, but I have no trouble swallowing them, so the shape doesn’t matter to me. They work exactly the same as the original name-brand Lactaid Fast-Act 9000 caplets but for a fraction of the cost. And I only take these when I am at home, so I love not having to tear open an individual tablet for each use. They have no odor and the active ingredient is identical to the name-brand. I have not experienced any side effects. I would recommend this product to anyone who is lactose intolerant but does not want to give up dairy.

I would often take two just for piece of mind, but I noticed that 1 was plenty for most meals with dairy!

They did not work for me! I took 2 pills with the first swollow of a 6 oz protein drink and the pills did nothing. I was sick the rest of the day and in the worse way. I have taken other lactaid pills with the same brand of protein drink and they worked with one pill. It may be I have developed an even higher sensitivity to lactose so I'm willing to give 3 stars just in case.
