Good value for money, especially with precut tape. Have bought a couple times so far and it's really easy and convenient to use, especially as it doesn't need any cutting/trimming/shaping. Sticks well to skin, but it will peel a little if any part gets pulled up and restuck down. Peeling it off is best done in the shower, as you might get some abrasions otherwise, but I haven't had any skin problems from it otherwise despite wearing it almost daily

Offered good support at first on a 5 mile run but the tape is not sticky enough to last on a long run.

This stuff is really good. Stays in place well and adhesiveness seems to last well too. The precut strips make application so much easier than having to cut from a roll. Recommended.

No it wasn't strong enough or sticky enough to stay in place very disappointed with this product.

Used this product overnight in my arm and woke up with a chemical burn! The picture is of day 4 where the main blister that was the size of a 5 cent piece has gone down. Still itchy as all hell and was extremely sore for days. Torture tape!

Good for price good for honestly more then description I used after my carpal tunnel surgery to keep some extra stability and also to tape the gloves on for showers and it stays water proof ! Didn't burn or rip my skin use mostly on my wrists hands knees

This tape works like magic, I suffer from restless leg syndrome and I have a hard time falling asleep when the back of my thighs or my pancreatitis starts to act up and my back aches oh my this works almost instantly by the time you realize it started working you are also wondering how!!! Helps with body aches muscle strains and more! Athletes are known to use this type of pain relief! It stays on even after a shower!

This tape will suffice if you’re just doing a 90 minute workout, but it is less sticky than competitors. It also has a more cloth-like texture and it begins to fray after a couple of hours. The price is low, so it works for my short workouts when I don’t want to use my name-brand K Tape that’s at least twice the price.
