Everything comes in separate resealable bags except for the heel cups, which come wrapped in tissue paper. Unlike in previous reviews that I read (posted only days before I made my purchase) it did not come in a box, nor did it come with a little instruction leaflet. I am unsure if this is because the other reviewers received special packs (they received theirs free for reviews) or if the packaging has just changed in the last few days/weeks. The quality seems very good, but I am concerned about the heel cups. I am not sure if they have been stored somewhere too hot or where wrapped in paper while they were still cooling from the manufacturing, but the paper stuck and has left innovations and grooves in both cups. One of the cups is even dented. I will still try them, however, as the seen malleable enough for this not to cause a problem.
