Great for shoes that slip in the heel. I have narrow heels and have trouble with this! They also help if you have shoes that rub the back of your ankle. They do peel off fairly easily, so plan to reposition/ replace occasionally. But they get the job done.

The heel cushions are good quality but not thick enough for the extra space in my shoes. I have problem feet and I have to order WW wide shoes from internet that leaves to much room in the heel even when I double the pads. It would be nice if the company would offer different thicknesses.

My shoes were just a little bit too loose. Heel grips fixed them, and they’re comfortable. Easy to attach to the heel of your shoe.
