I had really bad neck, upper back and shoulder pain for days. I knew something was out of alignment and given where the pain was I figured it was my neck. I decided to give this a try. I ordered this, it arrived fast, I used it almost as soon as it arrived and much to my pleasant surprise, the neck, shoulder and upper back pain went away after one use. I sleep in weird positions that can easily throw my neck out of whack, so I used this daily to fix my alignment after sleeping weird. The reason this is not getting a glowing 5 star review is that within 2 weeks of using it (3 or 4 times a week, no more that 15 minutes at a time) the foam shape completely warped. Which obviously defeats the whole point and did more harm than good before I noticed the problem. I ended up ordering another one and I really hope that the warping was a fluke. Honestly I am only giving this company a second chance by ordering the second neck stretcher because the initial results of this one where so great and helped rid me of pain so quickly. However if the second neck stretcher warps as quickly and as bad as the first I will change my review and my rating and advise everyone to try the neck stretcher out but go with a different company, and possibly just spend a bit more upfront for something that isn't made of foam. But when you aren't sure if something will help you or not, the foam versions are an economical way to test these neck stretchers out.
