I love this vibration plate. It’s listening up muscles in hips and joints. I am sure it does wonders for the blood flow too. I highly recommend, to see what all exercises you can do on it. It also helps with balance as I lift dumbbells while standing and squatting on the plate. This is a good vibration plate and is made very well. I recommend it.

This was fantastic for a year and a half, but now the power goes in and out. Seems like the vibration causes a power issue.

I've used this twice since receiving it (1/7 and 1/8) and I'm over the moon surprised/happy with it. I purchased it initially to help with lymphatic drainage for clients post-cryoslimming treatments, but I used it the day after I worked out and the following morning I was SORE, as in couldn't walk down the stairs sore. Not sure if it was the previously day's workout, the 20 minute vibration plate session or the combo but I'm going to keep it up! **

We have been really pleased with this vibration plate and use it regularly. It works just as well as the more expensive ones and has plenty of settings. Very sturdy and the perfect size for everyone in oir family to use.

So straight out of the box it was working great until it started this insanely loud knocking sound. Started off silent but now no matter what surface I put it on it’s LOUD. I’m returning it unfortunately. Other reviews theirs were nice and quiet so I’m bummed

The plus switch broke within a week. Can’t contact seller. Amazon customer service is impossible to figure out. Requested refund but it wants me to post it back to America from the U.K. which seems a huge waste in energy. Can someone refund me thank you!
