Didn't seem to make an immediate difference, but then I didn't change either my exercise regime or my eating habits - I've had good results from Lean System 7. Now after about 3 weeks of taking just this product 1 a day (can't cope with 2 a day yet - too big a caffeine rush - I'm only around 50kg) a visible difference to muscle tone. Really enhances the effects of your exercise routine.Not a quick fix, Wont give you muscle if you don't exercise but it makes a difference if you do.

Taken one and didn’t really feel the same impact as I would taking pre-workout with similar caffeine measurement. Did however give me chest pains and uneasy feeling during the day, it stopped around 3pm and I took this at 5am.
