Disappointed with CHILLAXPLUS Sewing Machine - Not Worth the Hype
I purchased the CHILLAXPLUS Sewing Machine for Home Tailoring with 12 Stitch Patterns with high hopes, but unfortunately, it failed to live up to even the most basic expectations. Here's why I'm thoroughly disappointed:Poor Stitch Quality: The primary purpose of a sewing machine is to stitch fabric effectively, but this machine falls short in this aspect. The stitches it produces are uneven, loose, and often end up causing more frustration than convenience.Fragile Build: The machine feels flimsy and fragile. It's made of cheap plastic that seems like it could break with minimal use. This lack of durability makes it a poor investment for anyone looking for a reliable sewing companion.Limited Functionality: Despite boasting 12 stitch patterns, the actual range of stitches this machine can execute is severely limited. Many of the stitches are practically indistinguishable from one another, rendering the variety claim meaningless.Inconsistent Performance: The machine's performance is wildly inconsistent. Sometimes it works fine for a few stitches, only to jam inexplicably moments later. This inconsistency makes any sewing project a frustrating endeavor rather than an enjoyable hobby.Lackluster Customer Service: When I attempted to contact customer service regarding these issues, I was met with apathy and unhelpfulness. It's clear that the company behind CHILLAXPLUS doesn't prioritize customer satisfaction or stand behind their product.I the CHILLAXPLUS Sewing Machine for Home Tailoring with 12 Stitch Patterns is a regrettable purchase that I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Save yourself the disappointment and invest in a more reputable sewing machine from a trusted brand.

Great deal at this price.
This is working great. If you handle it with care it might be the best investment and best deal at this price range. I just didn't get the guide book and honestly I'm not that bad because this machine has been working really well. Just remember to always rotate the handwheel first, whenever you start with a new fabric or your thread gets stuck during the process.
