This has got my pastry all shiny and pretty!
I decided to order this since my barbecue brush with the real bristles was so old. I had been watching recipe videos on pastries and they look so pretty with the egg wash plus I was needing one for my ribs and barbecue chicken. Well I got a two for one on this deal. Holds up well in the dishwasher and does the job that I ordered it for. Now my pastries look like they rolled out of the deli! Highly recommend and arrived quickly

easy to clean
I was desperate to find something other than our aging nylon pastry brushes which, through the years, had started to hold on to the very SOAP we were cleaning them with, in spite of hot water rinses, blah blah. I was tasting soap on all our baking... my husband thought I was nutz, because he didn't taste it... I was afraid that these wouldn't distribute egg/honey washes the same way, but they're fine. Whew, no more soapy bagels, and more of a sense that these are properly clean!
