Bulk Organic Flaxseed Powder, 500 g, Packaging May Vary

Nice packaging. Got it on discounted price. Expiry not long(should have been mentioned). The Quality is excellent, extra fine flaxseed powder. Has a very nice subtle nutty taste & smell. I add it to my yogurt twice everyday. I have been taking it for 4x wks now. I heard it’s good for bust, but don’t notice anything Yet.

Good product as is already ground to a powder. sprinkle on cereal etc., combine in shakes. use in cakes or bread making. caused me to have a bit of excess wind so I bought a kite as an add on !

This product does exactly the same as other premium priced flax seed

I have only tried hemp seeds and sunflower seeds so far and I am still beginning of my exploration of nutritious seeds . But , this flaxseeds are a bit hard to love . I had tried with my morning protein creamy chocolate and fruit smoothie that I adore and completely ruined the overall taste with only tiny one spoon ( included in the bag) . I don’t like this … I don’t think little ones love this either . Very powdery and thick. I do recognise it in my smoothie. I somehow feel slight bitterness on my tangue something like the skin of chestnut when you made mistakes to swallow. This seems to be good for health and very affordable so 3 stars . But I don’t like this …personally…😭shame .

Flavour is ok but it does not mix at all in smoothies. I’ve been putting it on breakfast cereal which works well.

Good for cooking , baking, but to small bag.
