Supportive and comfortable
Bought this and took on holiday to Indonesia recently. Very supportive. Not very comfortable when chair is upright (I am short so the chair neck pillow doesn’t fit me properly) but when I reclined the seat it was super comfortable. You can wrap it tight or loose around your neck. It does look and fits like a neck brace but arrived at my destination with NO neck pain, discomfort or stiffness. Also bought one for my husband who objected at point of purchase but in the end was happy I did. Not too bulky wraps up quite small in a travel bag.

Well designed apart from frequent use has unveiled a flaw.
Shoulder injury necessitated daily use of this product over the past month or so.Great product save for a flaw that sees slippage of material over inner foam and exposure of fabric rails to the Velcro, which in turn clogs with while rail material and seems very tricky to get out.If u only need this for the odd flight now and again product will be just fine.

Good delivery, feels good pillow.
I only just recived this pillow as I have anoughter pillow which I absolutely love and can't sleep without it but it's a little big as need anoughter one that's more efficient and compacted to fit in an overnight bag for hospital stay for couple of nights after surgery.The pillow comes with blindfold and ear plugs which will be very useful while in hospital. The pillow is nice and firm and also soft so feels like your head and neck will be supported. The pillow fits right back into its bag buy rolling it up.Delivery was before 1pm next day and delivery was at 9.30 am. Thank you seller for a product looks and feels nice and swift delivery.

Purchase this for a long haul flight and found it comfortable and supportive, and while trying to sleep it kept my mouth closed hopefully preventing me from snoring.
