3DconnexionCadMouse Pro Wireless Mouse

As a just-retired professor, I am new to CAD even though I have directed dozens of students to learn it and use in research work and capstone projects. My "normal" mouse was part of my trouble in learning CAD early on, or so I guessed when I researched to buy this one. There are many choices, and I hoped I got it right with 3Dconnexion's CadMouse Pro Wireless. Now, with 78.5 hours logged in my self-paced CAD learning curve, I don't even think about the mouse (until I pack it up to go to the library). This is high praise, indeed! For tech to become so transparent is rare, and highly appreciated. It speaks to good design. The battery lasts a long while, and recharging is easy. I've never had a "favorite" mouse - until now.

Mi dedo índice me lo agradece, manejo Revit y con el scroll del mouse normal ya era un martirio, y ahora que he configurado los botes quedó de lujo. No había escrito una reseña hasta usarlo bien y sobre todo esperar que me llegara el Pad Compact el cual recomiendo lo compren junto, ya que con otros se siente pesado y no de desliza bien es algo palpable al 100% el cambio que sentirán al usarlos juntos.

The speed-scroll should be adjustable. It has been useless for me because it zooms way too far into deep space on my CAD programs. It works for web browsing but I just think it should be adjustable to work for more CAD programs like it is designed for. Otherwise, it works and feels perfect.

Un espectáculo cuando lo configuras correctamente. Impresionante el ahorro de tiempo con todas sus funciones, a demás se ve excelente en mi escritorio. En un futuro quiero comprar el 3d.

This mouse is nice size but it has extra buttons rather than just the normal two and it takes getting used to which one you have to use and it isn't really ergonomic having to stretch your fingers all the way over and then try to click the mouse button. It might not be good for someone with hand issues like arthritis etc.
