Gutes Band, speziell für LesMills Core. Die Zeit wird zeigen wie lange es bei bestimmten Übungen durchhält. Bis dahin: 5 Sterne. Auch wenn es etwas teurer ist, ist die Kombination aus flachem Band mit Griffen so nur sehr schwer zu finden.

It's a good smart band, good quality, and very comfortable to use. It's quite long though and somewhat overly stretchy. Could do with having more resistance.

This band is so awesome for getting deep in my shoulders and adding lovely resistance to my workouts. I've been enjoying using my body weight and this adds a new layer to that.
