Around a 12 week cycle, finished around 3/4 weeks ago. 3 tubs in total. Started 2 a day for first 2 weeks then done 3 a day between weeks 3-9 then dropped down to 2 a day for last 3 weeks. Stats: M 39, 187cm, Pre Turk 103kg. 36 waist. Lifting on and off my whole life. Positives: Felt better on them Stronger. Definitely lifted heavier and endurance was better. Increased mass about 8/10lb over the duration, not sure how much is fat but doesn’t look like much. Appetite was insane almost instantly / still is right now. Need to control my eating by fasting. Didn’t ache after workouts. Used to always get DOMS even after only 3 day rest. Didn’t have doms once whilst on Turk, just a mild ache on occasions after a more strenuous workout. Felt testosterone was higher - sex drive etc. felt 5/10 years younger but not anything like when juicing. Overall I felt better on them but it was never a case of feeling too good to a point there’s gonna be a drop. Since being off, I’ve had no side effects or come down. Feel like I did before went on them at this point. Sex drive back to normal. Bit more lazy. Strength pretty much stayed same as remained consistent but endurance dropped a bit. Countering that with upping creatine dose though. Would I take again. Yes I definitely will. For me it’s been the most positive supplement I’ve ever done by a country mile. Just started a course of tongkat ali which has anabolic properties even though it’s a herb. Will run this for 12 weeks then go straight back on to turkesterone. Read lots on people taking turkesterone long term with no side effects or breaks but I like to change it up. Keep the body guessing.

I’ve been using these for about three months to give them enough time to work. It’s hard to say whether they’re making a difference - I’m not really seeing or feeling any noticeable changes.

Este sí resulta! He intentado 3 marcas ya, esta es la mejor opcion en amazon. No se si será por los mg x capsula, pero sí note resultados con este al final del 1er frasco y por eso lo sigo comprando (solo tomo 1 por dia y con regimen de ejercicios, claro)

Senti diferença na força após 1 semana, a nível da recuperação senti desde o primeiro dia, aconcelho.

No deberían vender un producto que aún está en pleno estudio, investiguen sobre lo que dicen los estudios, no son concluyentes y los especialistas recomiendan no consumirlo hasta tener más data. Puede ser dañino y una perdida de dinero.

Hace dos semanas que estoy tomando este suplemento. Por ahora nada de nada, seguiremos tomando hasta terminar el bote, si noto alguna mejora en general lo comunicaré

No sé nota nada en el ejercicio, me recuerda al tribulus en ese sentido.
