What parts glow in the dark

None of the parts on this tree face glow in the dark.

Is there any specific product-in lieu of hammered nails- that I can use in order to attach the tree pieces? So as not to injure the tree? Thanks.

None that I could think of. I was able to use carpet tacks.

Won't this injure the live tree?

No such thing as cooper nails being common and even regular zinc plated or galvanized 1.5 inch nails don't hurt trees. True others animals and insects do more harm to the tree than nails hanging ornaments from a tree.
