Good set for basic workouts at home. The bands feel durable and easy to use. Everything arrived as described and works well for light exercise

I love this set and use everything that comes with it. The barbell pad is comfortable for hip thrusts and squats, the resistance bands and ankle straps are solid quality, and the lifting straps work great. The carry bag makes it easy to bring everything to the gym. Excellent value for getting multiple accessories in one package. Highly recommend!

i go to the fitness center on campus where they don't have a lot of equipment like this for you to use. great quality, i love the drawstring bag it comes in, the hip padding is comfy and perfect for doing hip thrusts. everything in here works great, i love the wrist straps for deadlifts and rows. the ankle wraps for cable kickbacks are secure and work great as well. everything is very easy to set up. this would be perfect for a beginner in the gym or someone used to the gym but wanting to own their own stuff
