Bad Quality, Worse Customer Support
Falsely advertised as premium. It broke down just a few month after purchase. The bottom element stopped heating. Amazon declined any warranty support. Hamilton Beach also declined. They say that warranty is voided when their products are used outside of US and Canada. Amazon and the seller conveniently hide this important detail.

Not recommended
Very bad quality. Front glass was broken after 3 times of use. The interior muffler is so bad, it does not distribute the heat ( the left gives more heat than the right)

Defective
Got delivered a defective unit which did not heat beyond 50 degrees. Luckily I had purchased extended warranty so the customer service agent arranged a return beyond the initial window

Love that it has so many settings and will only heat when the timer is on. Reduces the chance of things getting burnt. Easy to use and great addition to my kitchen

This oven is the perfect size to put on the top of a kitchen counter, it has a little pan that you can cook in .. The oven worked like a charm, perfect and it was kind of old school with knobs for the adjustments.. 1 for the Temperature,1 for the Time , and 1 for Function.. Very easy to use.. We love it.. This is a very good buy.. And it didn't break the Bank. I recommend this highly..

Funciona muy bien; calienta los alimentos sin problema; el pan lo dora super bien. Es de buen tamaño si quieres usarlo para cosas o porciones pequeñas/medias (caben 4 panes de caja en la rejilla). Es muy fácil de usar y el material hace fácil que sea limpiarlo.

Perfect size and shape for our countertop. Easy to use buttons and very versatile buttons including Bake, Broil and Toast. Adjustable temperature settings as well. I would recommend.

I LOVE THIS TOASTER OVEN.... I HAVE A SMALLER PLACE AND THIS WORKS PERFECT....THE HYDRO BILL I GET FROM MY APARTMENT IS WAY TOO HIGH SO I BOUGHT THIS TO TRY AND CURB SOME OF THAT...I WONT KNOW TILL NEXT MONTH IF I SAVED ANYTHING BY USING THIS INSTEAD OF REGULAR OVEN... I'VE TOASTED, BAKED AND BROILED SO FAR AND EVERYTHING HAS COME OUT PERFECT....GOT THIS ON A DEAL FOR UNDER 25 BUCKS SO I THINK I SCORED BIG TIME.....I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS OVEN
