Falsely advertised as premium. It broke down just a few month after purchase. The bottom element stopped heating. Amazon declined any warranty support. Hamilton Beach also declined. They say that warranty is voided when their products are used outside of US and Canada. Amazon and the seller conveniently hide this important detail.

Very bad quality. Front glass was broken after 3 times of use. The interior muffler is so bad, it does not distribute the heat ( the left gives more heat than the right)

It broke after 6 months only

Got delivered a defective unit which did not heat beyond 50 degrees. Luckily I had purchased extended warranty so the customer service agent arranged a return beyond the initial window

Stay away of it and save your money .

Love that it has so many settings and will only heat when the timer is on. Reduces the chance of things getting burnt. Easy to use and great addition to my kitchen

This oven is the perfect size to put on the top of a kitchen counter, it has a little pan that you can cook in .. The oven worked like a charm, perfect and it was kind of old school with knobs for the adjustments.. 1 for the Temperature,1 for the Time , and 1 for Function.. Very easy to use.. We love it.. This is a very good buy.. And it didn't break the Bank. I recommend this highly..

Excelente horno eléctrico con 2 resistencias de 12 litros (pequeño). Hasta ahora lo hemos usado para calentar bolillo y gratinar chayotes con queso (el bolillo se dora de más en las orillas superiores que son más delgaditas en opción de Pan Claro, o sea, tiene buena potencia). Estuve preguntando sobre medidas, ya que no vienen en el instructivo, pero no eran claras las contestaciones por aquí, así que les pongo en fotos las medidas, ya que es muy diferente las medidas del horno por fuera, a las medidas de los espacios que son realmente útiles. Pros: Excelente para espacios pequeños, bonito, se calienta rápido, se limpia fácil, es práctico, somos 3 en casa y nos es suficiente para lo que lo usamos (para cosas grandes usamos el horno de la estufa). Contras: El espacio de 11 cm entre ambas láminas de la resistencia se me hace muy chiquito, me hubiera gustado que fuera más grande, la charola es más pequeña que la rejilla, así que conservamos la anterior charola que teníamos y la usamos si ocupamos un poquito más de espacio, también notamos que se está manchando del acero inoxidable de la superficie de arriba (el otro horno que teníamos también le pasó) me imagino por el calor que emana, para que no les sorprenda, y por último el cable es corto, así que tienen que tener un enchufe cerca. En general, estamos contentos y hasta ahora funcionando de maravilla. Espero que les sirva las medidas, porque estaba con el nervio de que cupiera en el espacio del anterior horno y sí cupo, pero si hubiera tenido esta información, probablemente lo hubiera comprado un poquito más grande, porque es ligeramente más chico que el que tenía. Perfect size and shape for our countertop. Easy to use buttons and very versatile buttons including Bake, Broil and Toast. Adjustable temperature settings as well. I would recommend.

I LOVE THIS TOASTER OVEN.... I HAVE A SMALLER PLACE AND THIS WORKS PERFECT....THE HYDRO BILL I GET FROM MY APARTMENT IS WAY TOO HIGH SO I BOUGHT THIS TO TRY AND CURB SOME OF THAT...I WONT KNOW TILL NEXT MONTH IF I SAVED ANYTHING BY USING THIS INSTEAD OF REGULAR OVEN... I'VE TOASTED, BAKED AND BROILED SO FAR AND EVERYTHING HAS COME OUT PERFECT....GOT THIS ON A DEAL FOR UNDER 25 BUCKS SO I THINK I SCORED BIG TIME.....I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS OVEN
