I’ve been taking this brands apple cider probiotic and love it. But this is a game changer. It actually works. I take it as soon as I feel discomfort or bloating and within 30 min I either go to the bathroom or the discomfort goes away. I carry it with me in my purse. No side effects. Awesome product.

It helps with bloating

I’ve been on a GLP-1 Semaglutide meditation for several months which may slow down daily bowl movements and these pills have been a lifesaver. Especially when I eat high processed foods it helps me digest better and keeps me REGULAR if you know what I mean.

Didn't make a difference for me.

I had high hopes for the effectiveness of these pills, especially coming from a well know and reputable brand. I had used these on three different occasions and honestly could not feel any relief whatsoever. It did nothing to relief gas or bloating.I also want to point out that I had not suffered any negative effects from taking these.

Seems to work pretty effectively. I've used it twice. I'm not sure if the effectiveness will continue long term.
