The media could not be loaded.  I made the above video for the friends that are going with me to Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party at Disney World. *Please note I have another veil underneath the one that came with this outfit. It’s a different shade so don’t be confused and think that both come with this outfit. In fact, that “underneath veil” is the only wearable thing from another outfit I ordered before this one. That tells you a little bit about how good this outfit is. Anyway, I never intended that video for public consumption, but this costume is great so it deserves a thorough review and I decided to humble myself and share.I took a separate picture of the top because I plan to wear it backwards, as I do in the video. The top is beautiful but I live in Florida and it’s going to be hot as blazes in September at Disney. The less coverage the better. So I’m turning that top around and “making it work”. But it’s a very pretty top and surprisingly well made. The whole thing is nylon (or feels like it anyway) so it’s not going to be cool, but I think it will be breathable. It isn’t too rough on my skin either and I am one of those people with sensitive skin, so that is nice. I’m going to be wearing this all day long. I want to be as comfortable as possible and I think this will fulfill that wish (get it? Wishes fulfilled at Disney?? If only…)I’m always skeptical about buying clothes online, especially things like costumes that aren’t usually made that well to begin with. I ordered a “Small” size because that’s what I usually wear. It fits like a glove! The waist band is comfortable, not too tight. And the length of the pants is completely acceptable because they have elastic. There is gathering at the bottom for women that are a bit taller than I am. I stand 5 feet tall and have a long waist. Usually pants run long for me, so I would classify these as a “Petite” length but as I say, there is still room at the bottom for women with longer legs than mine. The top is fine because there’s no real structure to it. The veil seems like it would fit most any head; it’s not heavy and it stayed in place once I got enough hair pins in the right places.Yes, this is a long review but I hope it gives you plenty of info so that you can make an informed decision.
