This made julienne veggies so easy. I regret not buying one sooner.

This is mostly useful for julienne cutting carrots, but the second or third time I used it on carrots 3 blades broke off into the food, which could have caused serious injury to someone in my home. It worked fine for cucumbers the handful of times I used it for that, but overall I used this less than ten times and it began disintegrating.

This “Julienne Peeler Vegetable Peeler Dual Blade Stainless Steel Cutter Slicer” actually works! I saw Jacque Pepin use one on a cooking video recently and wanted to try it to see if it was handier than a knife. Some of the cooks in my house are not handy with knives. I plan to test it out with all the cooks to see what they think. I think it will be a ton of fun and make a great stir-fry. I do recommend it for its versatility and size. It’s bang for the buck in a small kitchen too.

this stainless steel julienne/vegetable peeler is really nice. The stainless steel construction is well done and sturdy. I like that I don't have to worry about this peeler rusting or tarnishing and I can simply toss this in the dishwasher. The handle is a great size and is easy to hold onto. The cutting edges are both sharp and glide right through whatever vegetable they meet. I feel good recommending this julienne/vegetable peeler.
